OwenBrooks Posted July 11 Share Posted July 11 @nexusgrid The linked ea account was created when the swtor account was created using the same email per https://help.ea.com/au/help/star-wars/star-wars-the-old-republic/swtor-account-linked/ these accounts can now have different emails and passwords from each other, but remain linked, in your case the linked EA account uses a hotmail email not Gmail That linked ea account has been disabled use this link (insert the Hotmail email address) to reset the password then login on that EA account, if the error persists use incognito mode with chrome or delete the web browser cache and cookies If you dont have access to the hotmail email anymore, best to call swtor support when the lines are open to update the email used on that account https://answers.ea.com/t5/General-Discussion-Technical/INFO-Getting-Help-and-Board-Guidlines/td-p/4806237/jump-to/first-unread-message Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
