Look at the in-game description, and you'll see that it has a "Requires Electrostaff" entry. It is, therefore, an Electrostaff called "Warblade". On the same theme, my original Armstech, created during 2.0 (possibly as early as the very end of 1.X), still has schematics in her "Archive" section that are Techblades called "Something Vibrosword".
