Old cartel market armour with mods change request

Please make a zero mod equipped version of the older armour sets which have mods attached. These armours like some of the more requested 2 like outlaw's armour and investigator's armour are not able to be unlocked for account nor even the same character because it comes with mods and therefor can't be copied from collections. Also please add the outlaw's armour set to the cartel market as direct purchase.

Pedantry:

• They can't even be unlocked just for the character that binds them.
• The wider unlock is "for Account", not "for legacy".

But yes, I support the suggestion.
