Vision <The Republic Alliance> & <The Imperial Allegiance> (RAIA) strives to develop guild member knowledge and excellent proficiency of challenging endgame multiplayer content via progression teams, veteran player mentorship, and weekly educational events in Star Wars: The Old Republic (SWTOR). History RAIA was founded in July 2012 after The Great Server Merge to enjoy SWTOR multiplayer content in a guild community open to all quality players. The Guild Membership Application, membership requirements, and membership policies develop and maintain a quality guild experience. The Five Pillars of Guild Excellence represent the principles and priorities guiding the RAIA mission and vision. The Guild Ranks and Responsibilities define the organizational structure advancing the RAIA mission and vision. The Recommended Path of Operations Progression is the ideal experience of how guild members achieve the RAIA vision. Activity 100+ total guild members in Republic and Imperial guild factions. 10+ total guild officers in Republic and Imperial guild factions. 6+ weekly guild events to learn and enjoy endgame multiplayer content. 4+ weekly guild teams to progress in endgame multiplayer content. 2+ monthly guild events to complete challenging multiplayer objectives. Benefits Learn recommended gear, stats, and basic theorycrafting in guild guides. Learn Operations mechanics, strategies, and tactics in weekly guild events. Progress through challenging Operations in weekly guild progression teams. Receive Combat Style and role advice from veteran Combat Style Mentors. Receive +15% XP, +15% Reputation, and +10% Conquest character bonuses. Receive weekly Republic and Imperial endgame-focused Guild Perks. Receive weekly Republic and Imperial large-yield Conquest Rewards. Access to Republic and Imperial utility-focused Guild Ships (silver key). Access to Republic and Imperial sandbox Guild Strongholds (gold key). Expectations Communicate: Members should communicate questions or concerns. Engage: Members should actively participate in guild events and teams. Learn: Members should be open to learn by honest constructive criticism.
