There are icons with no tooltips, it's unnecessarily confusing... +1 and while they're at it, remove the ability to switch specs from the class tab, since all that does is just load everything to default standard, failing to keep to the saved loadout. To keep your gear and ability bars when switching to your other choice of class spec you HAVE to use loadouts. The whole system does not feel or behave like an improvement or "vision". If you, or anyone are still having issues I suggest watching swortisa's video guide on loadouts found on youtube. She gives the tutorial that should have been in game.
