If it's any help - the character who bought it had the same one equipped already (it was for an alt). And the auto-equip feature is on. Needless to say, I'm not happy about this... I'm a solo player so didn't realize they would upgrade to 328. My bad. Gosh. Now I feel like an idiot for buying extras instead of upgrading them...
