I'm on a 3month subscription and I'm only receiving the 100 for the security Key. Did Bioware get rid of the 500 monthly coins? I think there's a ledger in your account info on the website for CC gained and lost, so you could probably review that to verify how many months you've missed and then bring that information to support.
