The_Hightower Posted December 16, 2021 Share Posted December 16, 2021 Since the achievements have not been copied ot the PTS, several achievements are obtained on the PTS (like killing X number of mobs Y on Planet Z) whereupon "Underworld Syndicate Plans" are mailed to the character via ingame mail. However, on the live server, several players including me, have all Planetary (and several other cheevos). Hence, they will yield less of these plans compared with players not having those cheevos.
