arunav Posted December 8, 2021 Share Posted December 8, 2021 (edited) I was surprised to read the Mannan daily area isn't currently in the plans for 7.0. While I understand BW probably wants folks to make new characters and use the Combat Styles system, there will be plenty of players who finish the 7.0 story and find it unusual there is nothing to do afterwards but 1 new FP in an expansion. While gearing will be different, and you might want players do get used to whatever new system is being implemented, this won't make up for having almost nothing new to do at level 80, and may even worsen the frustrations of those who return to find their classes have lost abilities, passives, and play quite differently. Even if it's just a daily area, a new one on Mannan would help give players something to do at level cap until more updates, like the new Operation or whatever else you might have planned, are put in the game. It's a bad player experience to level to 80 and then find the only thing to do afterwards is repeat the final FP or upgrade your gear. A person who decides to give the latter a try looks to see how it might work is presented with some version of: "Complete [Weekly] The Black Hole", and whatever is featured in Group Finder that week, which is also typically 7-10 years old.
