Xina_LA Posted December 6, 2021 Share Posted December 6, 2021 (edited) For years now, I bought an armor set on the GTN, I opened it to claim the items, and I equipped it right away. It bound to my character and everything was fine. I only had to wait 24 hours cooldown if I wanted to sell Cartel Market items. Now whenever I buy sets off the GTN, I open them, and I have to wait 24 hours to equip them. NOT COOL! According to customer service, it's not a bug. From their email: So as I reviewed your account thouroughly I found that the items were intact and bound to your Character and it shows a timer which is roughly for 24 hours, so I would suggest you to please wait for 24 hours and then try to equip I am sure you will be able equip the items that you earlier weren't able to equip. Why do things from the GTN now have cooldown timers to equip on the characters that purchased and claimed them? I doubt anybody wants to find something cool and then wait a day to use it.
