I think in the opening loading screen with all your characters that there should be a window that says what crew skills all of your characters have, if any, to keep track of crew skill leveling and help with crafting. There should also be a similar window to track guild conquest items like Dark Projects, Reinforcement components, and potential guild items across all your characters on the server such as cartel items.
