Zergxiu
Really wondering what most other pvp tank classes do? Go for dps spec, and lose the very powerful guard? Or go tank spec with dps gear? Or something else? Let me know what you think is best. Would like better understanding on which pvp gear to take - Tank or dps Edited December 30, 2011 by Zergxiu
zzzjaxzzz
get both, im using vengeance specced jugg with dps and tank gear , theres enough place in bags. only major difference between full tank / dps is marginal defense and threat generation on multiple mobs
ViperI
Try out both for yourself and see what works best for you. Then report back with your findings. That's kinda how these things work, ya just gotta experiment a bit.
Darthneubauer
I am tank spec and tank geared assasin 33-0-8, I am always first in commendations earned, i have half a set of tank pvp champion gear and dps version, as i keep getting doubles but the tank gear is much better for me. I use the Crit/surge relic which give me decent crit and surge rating, i actually do decent damage, but i cannot kill a healer solo even with interupts, and sorceres/sages who chain CC and cast inbetween are almost impossible to kill I have no trouble with them a DPS spec though they die pretty fast
