Metthew Posted September 2, 2019 Author Share Posted September 2, 2019 Kuroi told me what happened: the [Viral Elements] tactical makes Lethal Strike do additional damage to all enemies affected by Toxic Haze. I was soloing hammer station master, and the 2nd boss of 3 guys, I stacked 2 of them, set that up, and one lethal strike killed them both, from about 80% hp.
