I dislike the idea of waiting until Halloween 2019 for it to be available for direct Cartel Market sale again. Granted, it was on for a week around that time, but I see no reason it's not currently available. Many things are available for direct sale. I'd gladly pay the price. What's more, I'm on Darth Malgus nearly every day and check the GTN for it (and many other things) in that time.
