This should not be possible, but if you are sure that the quest should be there on that character (sometimes people go back to alts they haven't used in a long time and forgot they had already finished the story) then the only way to fix this is to file an in game ticket requesting help. It'll probably take a couple days for them to investigate and if they find an error occurred, they should be able to restore it. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
