Here are some ideas I noticed in past threads that would be particularly good with the new Rishi stronghold: Arms Depot Black Market Cartel Bolthole Citadel of War Command Center Covert Operations Base Exile Fortress Hideout Outlaw’s Den Overwatch Proving Ground Rebel’s Holdout Resistance Garrison Training Ground (For super geek points, throw in Thunderdome.)
