Emergency fleet pass is 18 hour cooldown, Fleet passes are like 1k each but signing up for a Warzone (which pops almost instantly solo) and AFKing for 1 min (less time it takes to travel back to your ship and fly to republic fleet) Gets you on the same spot with no penalty's...
