timewasterTK Posted March 3, 2018 Share Posted March 3, 2018 This game can't afford to have any viable content removed from it it even if minimal, so if there are cosmetic items that used to be at vendors or that used to drop from mobs or whatever else that for some reason aren't there anymore I support any sane option of re-adding them. Outside of specific functions that get removed from the game mechanics (and even then, technically a skin could be re-used for a new item), there should be ways to acquire an item even if it shifts around some due to something like vendor changes.
