If it's helpful, you can find Contraband Slot Machines at two of my strongholds on the Satele Shan server. I log in most weekday evenings (Central time, USA) and frequently on the weekends. Both locations have a Felucia Stato nearby to sell you slot machine tokens. TEMPLE HIGHLAND'S VACATION RETREAT (YAVIN 4) -- As you walk into the main building, the slot machines are easily visible on your right. Bank, GTN, mailbox and such are through the door on your left. So it makes zero sense why they would sell it to everybody when the damn thing has been broken for years for the people that paid/grinded to get it.
