Leveling Build

Hey. About to hit 25 on my Sentinel. Was leveling as combat, but after perusing these forums, figure I should switch it up. Not loving watchman so I think I'm going to go focus. At 25, should my tree look something like http://www.torhead.com/skill-calc#501ZZGbRrzo.1 ?

 

And then over the next 10 levels, should I keep building up Focus or drop 5 points into Quick Recovery and Focused Slash along the way?

Not sure where to put last 3 points. Is the added offhand weapon damage worth it?
