Got one of the clickly relacs in a box and decided **** it put it on hit it and it brought me up to 20% alacrity. So I hit Valorous Call pop Zen bam 50% alacrity then I checked the CD of Precision. Mind you im no math wiz but i know how much .5 of 12 is, and it isn't 8 thats for sure. Is this a bug? Is there an actual hard cap? I ask because theres one of 2 situations here. Either there is a hard cap, or its a bug that sets alacrity at 33%. Either way it seems we are wasting points on alacrity since any time we pop zen we end up with 33% alacrity either way. And wasting 1500ish points for 6 seconds seems loke a pretty big waste. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

So 12 second cd and 50% alacrity will be 12/1.5=8 Makes sense to do this too since if it was possible to get 100% alacrity then dps would only be limited by ping and ability lag since you could hit every ability instantly and no cd.
