Instead of the current scheme of how things are going, why not instead try this. It is mostly the same with just one change: - One item from the pack you bought as is currently - A companion gift and scrap as is currently - One Grand Chance Cube - A random reputation item from the previous packs. I also realised that Certificates should be in this as well somewhere. This is just my idea. Feel free to tweak around certain parts to make it better. I just wanted to start somewhere simple.
