I actually have my Master Ranos in a consular outfit that has one bare shoulder and that one shows skin and works fine at least. Here it is. It's this one: Remnant Dreadguard Consular Unlike the bug that affects default Vector, Scourge & the Gamorean Guard, armor that shows skin works fine, it's just covert armor that doesn't work.
