The one I am missing, Makeb's Mysterious Survival, seems to be missing because the questline was removed. Anyone know how to get it? I have completed Galactic loremaster this week. Mysterious Survival is a Republic-only codex entry that rewarded only after you complete Makeb weekly. You can pick it up from Makeb space station, as well as the quests that you need for it.
