War of Iokoth access

I have a lot of 70 characters (17) but only half of them have access to the new storyline War of Iokoth . Am I doing something wrong or am I missing something. I have done all the previous stories and all the companion quests on all my characters.

Please help , my main is a Commando and he has no access to the story line

This may be due to limitations on how many are allowed. I've heard of instances where only specific characters who meet certain criteria are only allowed and only a certain number of characters can do this and such. If anything it's most likely just a detail they forgot in the criteria for it.
