If there's a certain armor set, weapon, toy, color crystal, pack companion, flair, emote, or title you got from packs or CM you could use them across your account. Other than that outlander tokens, server slots, jump pack kit (if you don't have it already) or wait till a good direct sale comes on there probably something good coming soon.
