Resolution gets reset to 800x600 after quit

I play at 2048x1152 resolution, but every time that I close out of the game, the resolution gets reset to 800x600. This wouldn't be as much of a problem if I could change the resolution in game, but I can't because if I try to change the resolution there is no drop down. Every time before I launch the game, I have to go to geforce experience and optimize the game so that it changes it to 2048x1152. I have tried going into client_settings.ini and changing it to 2048 width and 1152 height, but it still gets reset to 800x600 each time I close out of the game. After I change it to 2048x1152 resolution and quit game after logging into a character, it gives me the height and width of 256x144, but when I enter the game, it just goes to 800x600 and stays there until i change it in geforce experience or client_settings.ini. I am just looking for a way to keep the resolution at 2048x1152 even after I close the game. (My laptop is Dell Inspiron 7559 and I do have my drivers up to date.) Edited April 1, 2017 by RippedGem

When ingame take the game to window mode and adjust from there , pressing ALT + Enter keys will swap modes, see if this corrects the issue Edited April 1, 2017 by OwenBrooks
