Vaksel Posted March 28, 2017 Share Posted March 28, 2017 I discovered a bug which allows you to decrease your Alliance Specialist Influence Rank. After you give the Alliance Specialist locked supply crates (for example you give Ben'wan Aygo 20 military equipment crates), you're able to cancel the conversation. You keep the crates, and you lose influence equal to the amount of crates, (in this example, 20 crates is 10,000 influence.) The bug occurs when you do this and you were ALREADY PREVIOUSLY AT LEVEL 20. You're level 20. You walk up to good ole' Ben'wan Aygo, give him 20 locked military crates, change your mind and exit the conversation. You keep your locked crates, but you lose 10,000 influence, and you drop from influence level 20 to 17. So, theoretically. You can easily reset your Alliance Specialist Influence Rank from 20 to 0, (assuming you have 88 crates on hand, and you give and then cancel and take back 88 crates. You'd then lose 44,000 influence, and be reset to 0. My character has been maxed at 20 for ages. I was going to turn in a bunch, but then decided to save them for a newer character I plan on leveling in the future. But now, thanks to this bug, my old character's influence has been diminished to 17. I'm pretty sure the creators did not intend to take away influence levels that you had achieved a year ago.
