We - the players used to get gear from flashpoints or operations. That has been a accepted and tested method for getting new gear in most succesful MMO's. WoW has dungeons, Guild Wars has their own version of those. Better the group of people better the gear they could've obtained. Now people can obtain best gear just by doing story mode flashpoints. Most people can solo story mode flashpoints. Most, because novadays majority of people dont know how to use that gear to get best possible output. So people in 242 gear can often be overdpsed by people 236 just because 230 or 236 ppl do know what they are doing. So again, im asking why do u want to promote mediorate people. 2nd thing. Why do you make a MMO focused on single player stories? Why not take a bit more active role in the life of players on a server and do some events for guilds? Warzones where only 16 people of a single quild can queue - that could give you a potential to create something more resembling a war and not just a "war zone". Guild vs Guild Events? Where are those. We are getting more and more demanding. More often then ever we - the players - are trying to pick an innovative game, a place where, since we are paying for this, get something challanging and enterating. At this time this game is not providing any of those factors. You have almost unlimited potential. You have provided us with a lot. Quite a few years of high quality entertainment. Please challange yourselves and do something innovative as you have done before. Do not make us wait another year for something that would make you stand out. You are loosing subscribers (i can see that by the population of the servers). Use my advice as a test. Take more active role in the game. Do something for the guilds and I don't mean the conquests, cause this is really boring. Give the people who actualy want to contribute their time and cash getting throught all the content you create something extra. Do not make them equal to mediocre community. And promote the game.
