Referrals DO give a free character transfer but if you have already clicked a link in the past and used up that transfer, unfortunately you aren't eligible for more. Mithros Posted March 11, 2017 Share Posted March 11, 2017 As noted, it's the person that gets referred that has the free transfer, not the person doing the referring.
