jkerbey
Hey, I am a returning player and for some reason some areas are not loading correctly. Areas such as Illum are missing floor parts and I cant get to my mission because ill fall through the black floor and die. The entire planet of Hoth does not load but crashes the game, if i put the game on very low graphics i can make it to Hoth but nothing loads, everything is just a blue error which reads MISSING MATERIAL. I have been playing for about a month and have not experienced this or any other difficulty. I went to repair the launcher but the repair button is still greyed out, ran launcherdiag with no success. Here is photos of the issue. https://scontent.fper1-1.fna.fbcdn.net/v/t35.0-12/17016170_10154653030133392_1947788900_o.jpg?oh=4b73c634528ac0e1ef1cdd1ba5f57e10&oe=58B52A3A https://scontent.fper1-1.fna.fbcdn.net/v/t35.0-12/17015250_10154653033708392_982596676_o.jpg?oh=c9f226b55895fb352e29a3b6b796249c&oe=58B4F97A dxdiag. Adric_the_Red
Delete your DiskCacheArena file. Quit the game completely. Right-click the SWTOR icon on your desktop and select "Open file location". Open the swtor folder. Delete the file. Restart the game.
OwenBrooks
What adric meant was do a repair Non-Streaming launcher - Log into the launcher but don't click Play. Check for small letters "ST" in the bottom left corner. If this is NOT present, With the new launcher after login , select the username pulldown on the top right and select settings, then press repair. Streaming launcher - If the letters "ST" is present, close the launcher, right mouse click on the game shortcut, select open file location and delete the BitRaider folder. Then start the launcher
