Not sure why it is taking so long, and I don't know what I should do. My ticket number is 30922497. That way just in case a staff member sees your post here in the forums. Don't hold your breath though. Does the ticket still show as open if you bring up the in game support ticket interface? Usually though if a ticket is that old, usually that's a sign that you didn't include the necessary information and someone higher up is going to have to review it. For reference if you put in the Search Community box at the upper right instead of the New Thread Title box and clicking on the Search button, you'll find over 200 times this has been asked before. two companions that I am missing after finishing KOTET. If you search for companions, other players have reported issues. Not sure if they're the same ones but there appears to be some issue going on.
