They haven't announced anything about bringing them back though. Hopefully they will, the current state of packs really need some improvements. Frankly, they should just return to the old pack system in general including reputation, cartel certificates and more items. As someone who used to purchase 14k CC's per month and enjoy the packs, I've only purchased cc's once in the last 6 months because the packs just aren't worth it anymore.
