I have reported this bug in game and have had very poor responses from customer service on any way to get this fixed. As far as I know I am the only one who this has happened to so would be interested to here if anyone else has experienced it. Anyways I played all light side, redeemed Arcann, let Senya live etc. In the final chapters of KOTET Senya and Arcann joined me and we defeated Valk like so many others. However upon finishing the story while they were supposed to come available both Senya and Arcann are unobtainable. Yet Torian who I let die is still here. Linked is a picture from ingame saying Senya and Arcann joined me yet I have zero access to them. I cannot retrieve them via comp holoterminal or any other way. Again I have talked to customer service received zero help and have filed numerous bug reports in game.
