DevinBoyko Posted January 21, 2017 Share Posted January 21, 2017 Hey Guys, Your product is broken am unable to progress through the quest: BH - Frist Strike, the droid just says to wait out I have tried: -Resetting the quest -DUH!- •Logging out, logging in •Restarting the game •Exiting and re-entering the area from the BH Hangar •Travelling to another planet and back again via my ship •Travelling to the quest destination planet (Ilum) •Travelling around, doing other quests, and returning •Clicking furiously NOTHING. but I know this has occurred before hand ( http://answers.ea.com/t5/STAR-WARS-The-Old-Republic/Bug-Unable-to-progress-in-BH-story-mission-First-Strike/td-p/5055322 ) Thanks- as you can tell am upset I like the mass-effect style story but this **** is unacceptable . If am collecting crates that give new items and the character to meet are later in the game AND its glitched -That is frustrating. Here's a snippet of my in-game response: Taking a look at your character Devin Boyko, I can see that you've already completed the Ilum planet's mission chain, which is started from First Strike, so it looks like the mission reappeared in your mission log due to a bug. The mission NPCs won't respond to you trying to complete the mission chain again, so it should be safe to abandon. Apologies for any confusion. If you need to check back on my full response or any other details of the case, you can do so at any time by opening the Help Center (click on the '?' symbol on your main menu bar) and clicking on your ticket in the Ticket History section. This game is soooo cool like you play it than - it randomly prevents you at some POINT from progressing (I have found out this can happen again - )but until that happens you think a MMO that has been out this long has NO knicks left in the code. My confusion and personal opinon took over- my guild -vegenful empire / explained to me how to progress. Am at fault here and I have pulled my newest ticket. I emailed you guys aswell.
