KyloWrin Posted January 20, 2017 Share Posted January 20, 2017 I have created a boosted character for kotet, tried kotet on already existing toons, and have tried to start other storylines but once the initial cinematic starts for any of them my game freezes and crashes. The game blacks out and the only way to close out the game is to restart my computer, the game blacks out my screen so that i can't even ask the task manager or any other windows. I have gone through and redownloaded the game as an administrator 4 times now but have run into this same issue. (have also set to run as administrator) I have also attempted to use the repair function on the installer but it is not giving it to me as an option to select (dimmed out). I am not sure what else to do, I am recently returning to the game and paid for a 3 month subscription but a week into it and i havent been able to stayed logged in for more than a few minutes before the game freezes up or stops responding because i try to start a storyline.
