dxlolman Posted January 17, 2017 Share Posted January 17, 2017 I know of this (some how I gotten past it and I don't remember). He debuffs you with some sorta stat lowered that makes your activation, channel and cool downs really slow I remember trying to activate disterbilence on him and it took 90 seconds to active.
