I have a 234 version: Eternal Commander MK-13 Relic of Focused Retribution - it works inside of PVP areas. Today i got a 240 version: Iokath MK-3 Relic of Focused Retribution - it says in the description that it will not trigger inside of PVP areas. I've tested it and it doesn't trigger inside warzones.
