LordGooch Posted January 12, 2017 Share Posted January 12, 2017 Two days ago I purchased the Satele Shan supplementary body armor set (belt, bracers, and headgear) for 1.5million credits. When I opened it up, it only gave me the belt . I took a print screen showing the message that I bought the pack versus an individual item as well as the message stating that I received the belt only. I opened a ticket but I haven't heard back from anyone yet Has anyone else had this problem? How long does it typically take to get a response? At first I thought I was going to have to suck up the loss but they are actually working with me on this. Through the conversations that I had in game, this is very rare so I am very happy.
