sunfiresoulfrost Posted January 7, 2017 Share Posted January 7, 2017 I searched the forums and can't seem to find anyone else having this problem but if anyone has heard of it any help would be appreciated. Basically I launch the game and get to character select and the download window pops up in the corner saying I can't play anything outside of a tutorial planet. The problem is that the download doesn't move from 0%, and seems to occur randomly and I never have a patch in the launcher beforehand. It seems to fix itself after relogging a few times but always happens again Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
dr_mike Posted January 7, 2017 Share Posted January 7, 2017 (edited) Whenever you have a piece of software muck up like that, you want to do 2 things. 1) Check the install. Here's how to do it here - http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?t=729911 2) Check your error logs. Those are in the /logs subdirectory under your game install.
