laraidomi Posted December 28, 2016 Share Posted December 28, 2016 Today I purchased new subscription plan after playing as preffered for a few months and although my account is being showed as subscriber I can't access Chapter II of the Eternal Throne (instead of 'Launch' it shows 'Subscribe now'). That's not it, I can't level up my character beyond level 65, it just stops at the full experience bar. I did get free level 65 character boost but after completing Chapter I I encountered problems mentioned above. What should I do? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
OwenBrooks Posted December 29, 2016 Share Posted December 29, 2016 (edited) You will need to call them (link to numbers) the sub hasn't transferred to ingame, it will be a quick fix for them see db woodynz post here with a link to numbers and how to use skype if you have it.
