You'll get better help over in General Discussion. As for the issue itself, this error is typically caused by the game not being fully downloaded yet, which if you just started is quite likely. SWTOR by default uses a (rather awful) streaming launcher which lets you play the starter worlds while it downloads the rest of the game. If it is finished and still getting this error, try running a repair scan from the launcher. If you want to get rid of these kinds of errors on a more permanent basis, change to the old non-streaming launcher. It'll require a full redownload but will save a great deal of suffering in the long run.
