After seting all charges, I'm trying to enter ballroom. For a sec I can see loading icon, then my screen goes black - for while I hear music, then I can see only black screen and mouse - game crashed. I've been trying to enter ballroom from both sides, same problem. Thank you for your respond. OveradvancedE Posted January 1, 2017 Share Posted January 1, 2017 I encountered the same glitch in Chapter 2 and then again in this one at exactly the same point. The key that I've found useful to get past them, as suggested in the forums for the Chapter 2 glitch, is lowering my graphics as far as they can go down and then resetting them after the cutscenes.
