The-Kaitou-Kid Posted December 24, 2016 Share Posted December 24, 2016 Powertechs get a new ability in its place that can be channeled while moving. Ordinance Onslaught, I think. I don't particularly care for the animation, personally, but that's what happened to Death from Above on Powertechs. If you're a Merc, you should still have it.
