Leadplayer Posted December 20, 2016 Share Posted December 20, 2016 (edited) Just wanted to post this with the player base as many of us have had not so great interactions with tickets in the past, and felt this should be known to both Devs and Players. I wrote a friendly but firm ticket after the 2nd server roll back as I lost a decent number of GC levels. Just approx 7 days after writing the ticket I got my levels back!!! However no galactic command packs just the levels. But they gave me 750 CC in place of the packs and explained the issue. Would have I preferred the packs FOR SURE, but just by handling the ticket as BW did honestly and straight forward not only am I satisfied with the response but very happy. Most of us players are not that hard to please as this ticket proves. I will not be ranting about how the more valuable packs were lost, I already told my guild members and other friends in game about what I felt was a great interaction with this team.
