Recruiting Shae Vizla prevents companion recruitment

What happened to me is;

 

1) Finished all chapters of KotFE and KotET without completing any Alliance alerts

2) Completed Shae Vizla's recruitment quest, but Shae did not appear in my companion list

3) Completed Yuun, C2-N2 and 2V-R8's recruitment quests, but they did not appear in my companion list

4) Game updated to 5.0.1, Shae appeared in my companion list

5) All companions I've recruited since 5.0.1 DID appear in my companion list

 

So, patch 5.0.1 fixed the glitch caused by recruiting Shae first, but it did not grant me the other companion quests I did after Shae's but before 5.0.1 and there is no way to replay those quests. I've submitted a ticket to CS two weeks ago and updated the ticket after the patch, but haven't received a response.
