So sometimes there can be 2 instances of your game in Programs. Not a problem. However when deleting the larger, more recently downloaded Version of the file, HIS ENTIRE DESKTOP WAS DELETED. No programs, no folders, not even anything in the recycle bin. I have never heard of this nor can I find anyone else with a similar problem. Friend cant even run his computer right now, is trying to recover files with a 3rd party recovery software. Anyone else run into this/ know why it happens? Theeko Posted December 18, 2016 Share Posted December 18, 2016 Sounds alittle more than just uninstalling a game tbh, he could have been hacked and someone else could have just deleted everything who knows but I doubt it was cause of uninstalling Swtor, i've done that quite a few times with nothing like that happening at all on any of my computers.
