JepFareborn Posted December 11, 2016 Share Posted December 11, 2016 There are still 2 Common Data Crystal Vendors that still exist at the Belsavis Bonus Series Imperial 'Domination Outpost' - Sergeant Fereden and Lieutenant Plodd. But they aren't selling ANYTHING. Their inventories are empty! When you click on them sometimes the merchant window box will pop up and sometimes not!
