After this click with your right mouse-button on your char-face and choose <Group> --> <Invite friends> There is only ONE little problem: Only BW knows why only the chapter-starter gains command-points... I thought, sort of like Eternal Championship, the Veteran/Master chapters were designed to be done in a group, and everyone in the group would get credit.
