dr_mike Posted December 10, 2016 Share Posted December 10, 2016 (edited) Maybe you mean an "unspecified" error as in "This Application has encountered an unspecified error. Please try this patch again."? This is the main reason why it;s always a good idea to give the specific error you;re receiving. Whenever you have a piece of software muck up like that, you want to do 2 things. 1) Check the install. Here's how to do it here - http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?t=729911 2) Check your error logs. Those are in the /logs subdirectory under your game install. AndrewSquared Posted December 11, 2016 Share Posted December 11, 2016 (edited) Not sure about OP, but I keep getting the same error on the launcher and this in my logs: ERROR Failed to initialize BitRaider query mapping. I tried deleting the BitRaider folder, and trying again, to the same results. However, a restart of my computer after that fixed it.
